As a KS1 teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners and the national curriculum objectives.
• Assessing and reporting on pupils' progress and attainment
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters pupils' well-being and behaviour.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support pupils' learning and development.
• Participating in the school's professional development programme and contributing to the school's improvement plan
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to raising standards.
• Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
• A positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
