Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to make a difference in young learners' lives? Prospero Teaching is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Key Stage One Teacher at a wonderful school in Barnsley, starting this September.

About the Role:

As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 5-7 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your pupils.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitoring and supporting the overall progress and development of your students.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best possible educational outcomes.
  • Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage One is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and flexible approach to teaching.
