The role of a KS1 Teacher is to plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons to eager pupils, at this ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated school you will be given the tools and materials to create these lessons that will inspire the pupils.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
