Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a bright and capable KS2 student with complex needs in the Tameside area. This rewarding role is set to commence in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to a KS2 student with complex needs.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the student.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • An empathetic and patient nature.
  • Experience in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) is advantageous but not essential.
  • A commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
