We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Class Progress Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about contributing to the educational and personal development of students in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and students, providing essential support to enhance classroom learning experiences.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging educational activities.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to monitor and assess student progress.
  • Provide targeted support to students, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and effective learning.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom organisation.
  • Support the class teacher during lessons and help manage class dynamics.
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in a classroom setting, particularly at the KS2 level.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to children’s learning and welfare.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo this check).
