Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated KS2 Teachers to join our pool staff team in Leeds, starting this September.

Position: KS2 Teacher (Pool Staff)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 students across various schools.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and school cultures, providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of each student.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working as a KS2 Teacher, preferably in a UK-based primary school setting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and classrooms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
