KS2 Teacher

About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 teacher to join our vibrant school community. As a qualified teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and preferably a PGCE. Experience teaching in either Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, or Year 6 is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) is essential 
  • Evidence of recent professional development.
  • A degree in a relevant subject.
  • Experience teaching in KS2.
  • Familiarity with the curriculum 
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
