  • Job Type: Fixed term from Sep 25 to Aug 2026 - Fulltime 32.5 hours per week - Main pay scale, M1-M6 Qualified Teachers Outer London pay scale

Reed Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher seeking a fresh challenge to make a significant impact on the lives of children and contribute to a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards for KS2.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure all students achieve their potential.
  • Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that promotes enthusiasm for learning among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and school initiatives.
  • Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a KS2 Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
