Are you a skilled KS2 teacher looking to stay in the classroom without the full-time commitment? Aspire People is recruiting for experienced, confident, and adaptable teachers who want part-time and flexible roles across Nuneaton, without the burden of planning.

This is a teaching-only role - all lessons are pre-set. Your job? Deliver engaging sessions, mark live, manage behaviour with confidence, and ensure learning stays on track.

The Essentials:
QTS - Mandatory
Min 2 years' teaching experience in UK primary schools
Excellent behaviour management and classroom control
Clear and current knowledge of safeguarding procedures
An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to get one quickly

We need teachers who are dependable, know how to keep a KS2 class focused, and aren't phased by stepping into different schools or routines. If you're someone who can keep standards high while working flexibly, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Perfect for professionals wanting better work-life balance, semi-retired teachers, or those juggling other commitments but not ready to step away from teaching.

Ready to Apply?
Interviews are currently being arranged with Ellie and Shaniece from Aspire People. Don't wait around - we're placing teachers weekly and schools are ready now.

Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business. Aspire People is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and expects every candidate to share this commitment.
