We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our well-established secondary schools in your area. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with children or young people and are looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity in education.

Day-to-day of the role:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that pupils complete the work set.

Maintaining a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment.

Supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.

Following and enforcing the school’s policies and procedures.

Communicating effectively with pupils and staff to facilitate a productive educational experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Confidence, enthusiasm, and adaptability in a classroom setting.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage pupils and staff.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Ability to adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
