Job Title: KS3/KS4 SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes (DRIVER ONLY)

Salary: £90-95 per day

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm)

About the Role: We are seeking a KS3/KS4 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a well-regarded SEN school located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. This full-time position requires a committed and enthusiastic individual to support our students and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to KS3/KS4 students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Supporting students' social and emotional development.
  • Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEN.
  • Experience working with younger people.
  • Strong communication skills and a bubbly, engaging personality.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of young people.
  • Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Must be a driver due to the location of the school.
