Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to work for a school and inspire students in their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Provide individualised support to students to enhance their learning experience
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilise various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience in teaching Special Education Needs (SEN) students is advantageous
- Proficiency in English language teaching
- Strong tutoring skills to support students in their academic development
- Ability to educate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Effective behaviour management skills to create a conducive learning environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £34,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
