An L&D Manager is required to support and drive the learning and development agenda within the FMCG sector. The role will involve developing and implementing innovative L&D strategies and programmes designed to enhance performance at all levels.

- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with the company's objectives

Profile
A successful 'L&D Partner' should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in the FMCG sector
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices

- The ability to work well in a team and foster a positive learning environment
