OVERVIEW: L5 Coaching Tutor

An opportunity to join an award winning national training provider, we are looking for an experienced Level 5 Professional Coaching Tutor to join their successful team.

The role is fully remote, with travel to London twice per month (full expenses covered).

Based from home, you will be responsible for the delivery of the CMI Professional Coaching Practice qualification. The successful candidate will need to have a Level 5 qualification in professional coaching and have their Assessor award.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: L5 Coaching Tutor

  • Train, assess, motivate and support CMI Level 5 Professional Coaching learners on programmes
  • Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
  • Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved CMI Level 5 Professional Coaching training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidates progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: L5 Coaching Tutor

  • Level 5 Coaching qualification
  • TAQA or CAVA Assessor qualification
  • Experience of working remotely
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
  • Full UK Driving License and use of own vehicle
