Local Authority Using Signs of Safety Innovation and AMBIT - Qualified Social Worker

NonStop's client is a Local Authority based in South West London, who are seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers within their Child In Need and Referral & Assessment services.

The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. The authority have developed the Practice Model and prepared for the implementation of the Family Safeguarding Approach. Family Safeguarding is a way of keeping families together where it is safe to do so. It was developed and promoted by Hertfordshire and is funded by the Department of Education.

Employees progress naturally within the organisation into both managerial and non-managerial roles. It's the kind of place that instils commitment, which is reflected in the number of staff who have converted from locum into permanent roles.

Salary up to £49,503 per annum (subject to experience). Plus £5,000 welcome payment alongside a retention bonus
