Laboratory Operator

This is an entry level, graduate friendly role supporting the R&D and the beginning an exciting career in chemistry. If you are already local to Oxfordshire this would be very advantageous to your application.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high safety and quality standards in the lab.
  • Prepare and blend formulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record results meticulously and manage sample shipments.
  • Perform analytical tests, report data, and support lab operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BSc Chemistry or similar related subject (eg. chemical engineering) 
  • Commitment to HSSE and quality.
  • Laboratory experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet research targets and manage time effectively.
