Labourer

I am currently recruiting for a large housing association who require 2 x Skilled Labourers to start ASAP. 

Location-Derby. 

Interviews-will be face to face with hiring manager  

Salary £27394 (£19.35 PH through umbrella)

Temp contact- but could lead to full time for right candidates. 

Hours -08.30am to 1630pm Monday- Friday.

Details,

we require 2 x experienced labourers to work with two of our Groundworkers/General Builder teams, we envisage this will be for up to 3 months, with a potential for further temporary or perm works for one of them.

The works will include but not be ltd too:

• Timber panel fencing.
• Replacement posts.
• Clearance of vegetation to aid a safe work area.
• Paving slabs
• Breaking out concrete
• Shuttering
• Concreting
• Chasing out & repointing of mortar joints in brickwork.
• The ability to use a PDA to complete H&S functions and update job details.

 Personnel competencies

 Identify and undertake labouring and associated work as directed within our General Building & Groundworks Teams, both working in a team &   alone.

 Working to maintain & install timber fences, replacement of panels and posts, this will include setting out and clearance of all waste in a controlled manner.

A clean driving licence is preferred but must be suitable for manual gearbox van.

Van and fuel card will be supplied and will be travelling with a buddy.
