We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team in Paddock Wood The successful candidate must have a valid CSCS Card and provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a long term project and we are looking for individuals who can commit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour duties on the construction site.
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site.
- Assist with various tasks as required by the project.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
