We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Labourer. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to work in a dynamic environment, is comfortable using hand tools, and is willing to travel to various sites, occasionally staying overnight. In-house training will be provided to develop skills in pipe fitting, painting, and shotblasting.

Responsibilities

- Assist with various tasks on construction sites as directed by supervisors.

- Operate and maintain hand tools including drills, grinders, and other equipment.

- Support the team in setting up and dismantling equipment and structures.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

- Travel to sites located up to 2 hours away from the main location.

- Occasionally stay overnight at sites; travel time and accommodation costs will be covered.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and their safe operation.

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

- Ability to travel to different sites as required, including overnight stays.

- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks.

- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Desired Skills (Training Provided)

- Interest in learning pipe fitting techniques.

- Ability to assist with painting and shotblasting tasks.

- Willingness to participate in ongoing in-house training and development.
