Role Overview

This is a hybrid role working mainly from home in the South West Region, and your focus will be in the following areas:

• Demonstrates professional presentation, with a clear style of communication appropriate to the task.
• Demonstrates an understanding of Health and Safety as it applies to the estate management sector.
• Supervise and liaise with contractors.
• Demonstrates the ability to shape their own professional development with help from line manager.
• Awareness of the wider Rural and Projects division and how the estate management team interacts with it.
• Membership of Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors – MRICS/AssocRICS
• Demonstrates an understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)
• Demonstrate good understanding of landlord and tenant relationships, legislation and best practice guidance.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Negotiation of land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims.
• Development and refining route corridors and finding solutions to high risks.

Team Overview

The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 60 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years’ experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
