Land Manager - Onshore Renewable Energy

Northern England Office - Hybrid Working System

Salary DOE - Up to £55,000

Piper Maddox are working with one of the best established players in the onshore renewables sector with nearly 20 years in the space. With some of the most experienced professionals in the sector working in their team, a recent acquisition and injection of capital has allowed this company to put significant growth plans in place.

With a pipeline of over 2GW of confirmed grid connections, and dedicated land team already in place, this company are looking to grow this function with the addition of a land manager to work on their English portfolio.

Your role would surround:

> Sourcing and identifying suitable land for potential development opportunities.

> Taking land through the acquisition process including the relevant commercial
negotiations.

> Working with the wider development and planning teams within the business throughout the
project lifecycle.

> Carefully curating long-term relationships with landowners and maintaining this to create
lasting partnerships.
