Salary DOE - Up to £55,000

With some of the most experienced professionals in the sector working in their team, a recent acquisition and injection of capital has allowed this company to put significant growth plans in place.

With a pipeline of over 2GW of confirmed grid connections, and dedicated land team already in place, this company are looking to grow this function with the addition of a land manager to work on their English portfolio.

Your role would surround:

> Sourcing and identifying suitable land for potential development opportunities.

> Taking land through the acquisition process including the relevant commercial
negotiations.

> Working with the wider development and planning teams within the business throughout the
project lifecycle.

> Carefully curating long-term relationships with landowners and maintaining this to create
lasting partnerships.
