Are you an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect with planning experience looking to join a company that supports its employees’ long-term careers and offers hybrid working?

If so, we have just the position for you! We are excited to be working alongside a well-established and successful practice, who have considerable experience in environmental design and planning across a vast range of sectors. And due to an increase in work are currently looking for a Landscape Planner / Architect to join their team on a hybrid working basis.

They are happy to consider individuals who want to work on either a full-time or part-time basis. 

Working hours:

  • Hybrid working 
  • Full-time or Part-time 

The successful Landscape Planner / Architect will be offered:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 Basic (depending on experience) 
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Landscape Planner / Architect requirements:

  • First or second-class degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
  • CMLI member
  • UK driving license and access to own car
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Experience as an expert witness would be ideal but not essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of the planning system, all project stages and design process
  • Client management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver an integrated approach to projects
  • Excellent time and task management skills
