Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative/Team Leader
Soft Landscape duties will include the following:
- Shrub and tree planting
- Assisting in setting out of shrubs and trees
- Turfing
- Seeding
- Ground preparation
- Ground preparation
- Fencing
- Paving
- Decking
- Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license
- Use of construction equipment and tools for hard landscaping.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping practices.
- Flexible working approach
- Work Experience /Skills / Education - CSCS card preferred/ PA1&PA6 Spraying but not essential
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Soft and Hard Landscaping
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Have an eye for perfection
