Landscaping Supervisor

Salary - Up to £38,000 DOE

Office Location - Near Borden

Monday - Friday

Our client creates high-end luxury innovative garden designs, encompassing contemporary and traditional design styles stretching from grand country estates to urban city environments. Based in Hampshire, they are looking for a Landscaping Supervisor to join the team.

Key responsibilities & duties of the Landscape Supervisor:

- Levelling

- Digging

- Mixing concrete

- Stone work

- Brick work where applicable

- Soft Landscaping duties

- Managing and Supervising staff

- Assisting to organise rota and managing profitability of site

- Keeping an eye on quality control and customer care issues

- Liaising with estimator in an effort to keep to budgets

- Flexible to be on various sites

Person:

- Excellent horticultural knowledge (Qualification an advantage)

- Digger & Dumper experience

- Good team player

- CSCS Card

- Previous experience in a supervisory position

- Good attitude, must have high standards as customer facing.

- Willingness to help out where needed

- Positive attitude

- Hardworking

- Reliable
