Pay:Up to £15.71/hr

Shifts:Rotating 6-2, 2-10

Your Main Activities:

- Set-Up and Maintenance:Prepare laser CNC jobs, adjust material, and ensure optimal laser cutting conditions.

- Quality Control:Perform set-up inspections, first piece inspections, and subsequent inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

- Teamwork:Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and programmers to enhance production processes and ensure safety.

- Product Handling:Carefully load and unload products, package them properly, and move finished products to their proper locations.

- Equipment Monitoring:Keep an eye on equipment and tool wear, performing simple maintenance and repairs as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience:At least 1-2 years of experience setting up and programming laser/punch machines. You know your way around laser optics and cutting parameters.

- Skills:Strong mathematical ability, precision in operating measuring devices, and the ability to read and interpret drawings.

- Safety Consciousness:You understand the importance of safety in a production environment and always follow protocols.

Working Conditions:

- Environment:You'll be working in a production setting with some risk of injury. Safety equipment must be worn when operating equipment.
