We’re on the lookout for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a fast-paced, quality-focused production team. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a passion for precision engineering, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Select materials and adjust machine settings for optimal output
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Monitor quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating and setting laser cutting machinery
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to work shifts/overtime as required
• Forklift or overhead crane license
