Late Night Server, Albert's Schloss London

Salary: up to £16 per hour (OTE)

Albert’s Schloss will reside in the heart of London on Shaftesbury Avenue, taking over the former Rainforest Café site. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect a Bavarian Bier Palace, Alpine-themed Cook Haus, and seven days of showtime.

The stunning 18,000 square foot space in the heart of the West End will be our fourth Albert’s Schloss in the UK, part of the Mission Mars Group. With four bars measuring over 45 metres in length, 500 covers for Cook Haus dining, in Haus Bakery, Ludwigs Tavern and an impressive stage that will offer totally unique entertainment.

Are you ready to elevate the nightlife experience in the heart of London? Albert's Schloss is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Late Night Drinks Server to join our team! As a Late Night Drinks Server, you will be at the forefront of our late-night operations, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Looking After Drinks Bookings and Large Corporate Parties:You'll be responsible for managing drinks bookings and catering to the needs of large corporate parties, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service throughout the night.
• Preparing Preorders:Get ready to showcase your hosting skills by preparing pre-orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that each booking meets our high standards.
• Delivering World-Class Drinks and Service:Our guests expect nothing but the best, and you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional drinks and service, making every interaction memorable.
• Thriving in a High-Energy, High-Volume Environment:From bustling Friday nights to lively weekend parties, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, keeping up with high demand while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Here to Make the Party Happen:As a Late Night Drinks Server, you're not just serving drinks—you're here to make the party happen! Your energy, enthusiasm, and passion for hospitality will ensure that every guest has a night to remember.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Must be able to work late-night shifts and weekends, as our busiest times often extend into the early hours of the morning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service under pressure.
