LCA and BREEAM Consultant

My client is a growing Sustainability Consultancy who provide highly technical services and a flexible approach to the construction and property industry. They are looking for a sustainability consultant to help deliver on their BREEAM and Net-Zero projects in their offices in Cardiff.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carryout Whole Life Carbon assessments using OneClick LCA software
  • Carryout BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion
  • Help deliver on BREEAM projects and ensure clients sustainability targets are met
  • Produce sustainability and net zero strategies to ensure environmental impact of projects is minimised

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant degree within an environmental science or sustainability field, with experience in a sustainability consultancy role within the built environment
  • Experience with LCA OneClick software in regard to projects within the construction industry
  • Experience with BREEAM assessments with ideally a BREEAM accreditation
  • Good understanding of UK Building Standards and Regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
