Job Title: Lead Analyst Developer
Location: Norwich (On-site)
Salary: 40-45k

Our client is looking for a Lead Analyst Programmer to analyse. Reporting to the Software Development Team Leader you’ll be responsible for Analysis, development, maintenance, and support systems primarily for the sales and marketing department.
The Role:

  • Analyse, develop, maintain, and support internal business systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales and marketing department.
  • Provide primary support for internal data feeds and processes, linking various data sources with marketing and BI requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvement actions or change requests for internal systems, managing the process from design to technical creation, testing, and approval.
  • Design data models and develop technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and resilience of internal systems.
  • Keep comprehensive documentation on internal systems and data structures up to date.
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal software and hardware.
  • Train internal support teams on post-go-live technical solutions.
  • Manage internal change projects from concept through to handover.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on proposed internal systems and third-party solutions, including estimates of cost, benefit, and timescale.
  • Ensure thorough and consistent testing of internal systems.
  • Promptly address user problems, escalating them as needed.
