Job Purpose Summary:

We are seeking a Lead AV Engineer to oversee the installation of AV systems in various environments, primarily in the London area with occasional travel to other locations within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1st and 2nd fix installation of sound systems, lighting, VC systems, screens, audio systems, digital signage, control systems, and cabling infrastructure.
  • Providing guidance and training to Junior Engineers.
  • Acting as the point of contact for client updates or queries on site.
  • Interpreting schematic drawings.
  • Adding hardware to pre-built racks on site.
  • Assisting with the final stage commissioning of audio DSPs and control systems, as needed.
  • Providing client training on how to use installed systems.
  • Occasional travel and working away from home.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
  • Adhering to health and safety policies.
Qualities and Skills Required:
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an AV Engineer.
In Return:

If selected for this role, you will receive a competitive annual salary of between £40K - £45K, depending on experience, along with overtime rates of between 1.5X - 2X.

All necessary tools will be provided, and you will also receive a company credit card to cover any work-related expenses.
