A Lead Business Analyst who is experienced within the Pensions or Investment Banking space is required. This is a newly created position by a Fintech success story.

Strong analytical mindset with plentiful experience of working closely with software engineer, data flows, process modelling, process definition skill are paramount. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban too.

As a hands-on Senior Business Analyst you’ll take on a critical (yet rewarding) role defining and realising fantastic solutions, processes, benefits and new opportunities to deliver to stakeholders.

Working remotely (once a month office visit - London), my client’s mission is to bring tech revolution to the financial services industry.

As Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst you’ll be:

*** Pensions experience - understanding the various concepts & terminology
*** Vastly experienced within the Technology sector
*** Managing the analysis of complex cross programme requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements.
*** Helping build capability and best practise across the BA community within.
*** Leading a growing team of 5 BA’s.
*** BAX, CPRE, CBAP or similar certified.
