I am looking for a Lead Chemical Process Engineer to join an exciting textile recycling start-up focused on converting nylon, polyester, elastane and others from polymers to monomers to decarbonize the textile industry.

What you'll be doing?

As a Lead Chemical Process Engineer, you will be involved in helping to scale their chemical process from laboratory to industrial pilot scale including process design, pilot plant design, process development, building thermodynamic models, PFD and flowsheets on ASPEN.

What experience you'll need?

As the Lead Chemical Process Engineer they are looking for someone who has experience as a Process/Chemical Engineer focused on chemical scale-up and has taken a chemical process from lab scale to pilot plant scale. This includes someone who has experience with plant design and identifying the equipment sizing for the plant. The ideal individual will have experience with polymers or monomers recycling.
