Lead CRM Manager - Salesforce

CRM Manager - Stratford - Hybrid - £80,000

Fancy leading a large scale CRM Transformation project!? Well look no further!

We are after a top tier manager, a people person, someone that loves their daily work interactions, who has high EQ and can lead a team of 10 to deliver a vital transformation project! Their impact is massive and this role will be a direct contributor to their continued success.

Currently they are using Siebel and looking to migrate to SalesForce

You'll spear head the team doing the day-to-day but still need a details knowledge of the platforms!

Key skills needed:

• Have led large scale transformation of CRM
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud too!)
• Strong line manager experience
• Understand Engineering best practice (like DevOps culture and how that impacts CRM Platform Engineering)

This is an 18 month fixed-term contract - so you will be engaged just like a perm employee with all the benefits etc. There is budget already put aside to extend this person. This role is Stratford based 1-2 days a week.
