Lead Customer Success Manager – London - fully remote option

A London based tech firm who are leaders within the Cyber Security sector who are looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager with more than 5 years industry experience to join their talented team and help create a world class customer success department as well as customer experience. There is a huge amount of opportunity to help the company grow. They are looking for an individual who is proactive and eager.

This opportunity will allow you to be apart of a rapidly growing company and contribute to their success.

Requirements:
  • More than 5 years industry experience
  • Exposure or understanding of the Cyber Security industry
  • Understanding of networks
  • It would be desirable if you have experience managing a team
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Can be fully remote
