£60,000-£80,000 +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY

This company is one of the leading providers in the hospitality space with over 4,000 venues across the UK. They have recently created a rewards app which has led to an influx of data which has allowed them to growth out their data science function.

THE ROLE

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will join a strong team of 8 data professionals, working on forward-thinking projects. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Run A/B tests on campaigns to understand marketing analytics better.
  • Create predictive models such as regression, clustering and LTV to be understand customers more and be able to add value commercially.
  • Creation and delivery of customer-first data science driven through action.
  • Providing actionable insight to the wider business.
  • Providing innovative approaches and solutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Lead Data Analyst will have:

  • Strong SQL across any database environment.
  • Programming expertise in Python.
  • Experience in A/B testing and/or other experimentations.
