Lead Data Engineer - Security Cleared - AWS

SR2 is recruiting for a Lead Data Engineer to join an inflight programme with a government client. This is a strategic role in an exciting multi-year transformation with high visibility and business engagement.

Successful candidates will require strong management experience and the ability to coordinate the work on a technical level of 6-9 junior engineers. The project in question involves a complex data transformation initiative and someone with experience in AWS, S3, Athena and Python.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will require active SC clearance.

  • Management of a team of 5-10 engineers
  • AWS Lambda
  • Serverless
  • Python
  • DevOps & Terraform (advantageous)
