The role

As a Lead Developer, you will head one of their development teams, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of their software solutions, along with maintaining their existing systems. You will lead by example, motivating your team with your commitment, technical expertise, and innovative approach. This role is essential for the successful completion of projects that adhere to their high standards and meet their clients' diverse needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years commercial experience in Development and 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in C#, .Net, React and SQL
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent problem solving skills
