Join our team as a Lead DevOps Engineer and help us deliver cutting-edge client-facing technology. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement automation across the software delivery process, build CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud-based applications and direct engineers. With a strong work-life balance and opportunities for remote/hybrid working, this is the perfect role for a curious, adaptable, and experienced DevOps professional.
  • Design and implement automation across the software delivery process.
  • Design, build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure and maintain development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Proactively monitor application performance and infrastructure costs.
  • Collaborate with Developers and WTW stakeholders to optimise application performance, resolve issues and ensure our estate is compliant with enterprise standards and patterns.
  • Lead and mentor offshore DevOps engineers.


  • Demonstrable hands-on experience of Azure DevOps and managing Azure infrastructure including automated deployment (preferably Terraform), RBAC, monitoring and alerting, network configuration and policy compliance.
  • The ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to lead and mentor offshore DevOps engineers.
  • Proven track record of building and managing pipelines for continuous integration & deployment and application scanning (SAST/DAST).
  • Software Development background with development experience in C# and PowerShell beneficial.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
