ApplauseIT is now recruiting a Technical Lead for this Fintech company that has built the largest marketplace platform in their sector. This Technical Lead will have the chance to work on their highly data-driven platform which delivers bespoke solutions for all their customers, whilst being partnered with some of the largest financial businesses worldwide such as BNP Paribas, Argos and Asda. They pride themselves on using the most modern technologies which is shown in their tech stack and have aspirations of modernising it even further!

This Technical Lead will also have the chance to build their own team to work alongside them and have a major say in the direction of the tech stack being implemented. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on a remote basis, with the flexibility of working anywhere in the world for 2+ weeks every year (Excluding holiday allowance).

Required skills:

• Working as a Technical Lead
• Led a Development Team
• Experience with scalable web applications
• Working to high coding standards
• Hands-on approach
