Are you a motivational sales professional with a talent for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities? Our client in Lincoln, is looking for an exceptional Lead Generation Executive to become an essential part of their team within a dynamic and fast-growing business.
As a key player in the company, you will be instrumental in driving the business forward by generating valuable leads within the international food manufacturing sector. Your expertise in outbound prospecting, coupled with your strategic thinking, will help build a robust pipeline of opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and research target markets and industries to compile a list of potential leads.
  • Utilise various tools and technologies to conduct outbound prospecting activities.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and research to determine their fit with the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lead generation efforts.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit key KPI results promptly
  • Track and record performance against agreed targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet budget goals.

Key Attributes:

  • Demonstrate experience in lead generation, sales or business development, with a preference for B2B settings.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiations skills.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent communication, providing relevant information, and addressing enquiries.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven, intelligent and considerate in your approach.

What we offer in return:

  • Starting salary of £30,000 per annum

  • Uncapped Profit Share scheme.
  • 21 days holiday, plus bank holiday.
  • Schedule working hours: Monday to Friday, 0730am to 4:30pm.
