Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Chat & Connect: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database. Your goal? Build relationships and set up appointments for our surveyors.
• Lead the Way: Spot potential customers and generate new leads. You’re the first step in our success story!
• Keep Us in the Loop: Maintain and update our customer database with precision.
• Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed weekly goals - we love celebrating wins!
• Team Player: Pitch in with various tasks to help us reach our company goals.

Who You Are:

• People Person: You love talking to new people and can build rapport easily.
• Phone Pro: Excellent telephone manner and confidence in making calls.
• Organised Wizard: Stellar time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and able to keep cool under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and database systems.

Experience:
Been there, done that in a similar role? Awesome! But if not, no worries - we’ll train you up!

Office Hours:
We’re here from 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-1pm on Fridays. You’ll work a minimum of 16 hours a week, with the flexibility to increase hours as needed within our opening times.
