Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, engaging and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads under the Governments ECO4 & GBIS schemes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about the schemes themselves.

A great Lead Generator is someone who can build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with a customer quicky on the doorstep, without coming across as pushy. Door to door sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training and ongoing development is provided, with a clear progression route available for those that wish to become team leaders, sales managers, ect. This position is crucial for driving our business growth and requires a proactive approach to engaging potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Walk/Drive a location identifying properties suitable under the ECO4/GBIS Government schemes for upgrades and knock doors to engage potential leads and promote the schemes.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques using your own sales pitch, sign up eligible leads providing clear and concise information and recording lead qualifying criteria accurately on CRM software.
• Answer questions knowledgably and effectively manage objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain a proffesional appearance at all times.
• Stay informed about the ECO industry to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident and approachable persona.
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred (full training is provided).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques for lead generation.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Must have access to a car/ability to travel to various locations.
