As a Lead Java SDET, you'll manage a small, focused team responsible for delivering highly scalable and robust services within the company's platform. You'll ensure efficient testing strategies, emphasizing shift-left testing principles.

• Oversee performance assessments and hiring for a team of SDETs.
• Guide the team's testing and automation strategies.
• Define and organize test planning for releases.
• Design and code automation frameworks, tests, and tools.
• Participate in team planning and story grooming.

• Experience: At least 8 years in test development and 2 years directing a small team.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Java and object-oriented principles.
• Agile Expertise: Proficient in applying test practices in an agile environment.
• Unit Testing: Experience with frameworks like JUnit.
• Backend Testing: Familiarity with testing backend systems or APIs.
• Performance Testing: Knowledge of tools like JMeter.
