Prospero Teaching are looking for Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Farnborough, where you will be working with an experienced team and in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.?

The school we are working with are particularly interested in speaking with teachers who have a specialism in Maths with the potential for a Head of Department role.

??As a Teacher at the School, your day will be varied and interesting you will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting the children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks that are tailor made to each child and young person.

• Location - Farnborough, Hampshire
• Position - Maths Teacher
• Type of work - SEMH Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths
• Contract or position start date - ASAP
• Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Permanent
• Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Permanent
• Full time/part time - Full time
• Minimum rate of pay - £33,000 - £43,000 depending on experience (MAT teacher main pay range) + SEN Allowance
• Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
