3 to 4 Days Per Week

Circa up to £50,000 pro rata

Ensuring a high standard of excellence in Occupational Health and Wellbeing throughout the organisation.

You will have an Occupational Health qualification and be competent in delivering manager referrals/case management and will also be expected to also take on some leadership responsibilities.

To apply applicants must have experience of the following:

• Experience of managing elements of an Occupational Health service
• Experience in leadership within an Occupational Health department
• Experience of leading and delivering programmes of change within an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
• Provide occupational case management and manage own workload
• Maintain policies and procedures
