We are recruiting an experienced Lead Paint Technician to fill a Lead Paint Technician vacancy that's just become available at our client's site in Heathrow.

The successful Lead Paint Technician will ideally have the following:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a busy workshop
* Strong Paint Mixing Skills
* Have a steady work history
* Fantastic eye for detail

Lead Paint Technician Duties:

Ability to positively lead a team and to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
* Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency
* Applying several coats to the car, including primers, colours, and protective finishes
* Preparing paint spraying equipment

• Certification in ATA/NVQ highly desirable but not essential
