About the Role:

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As a Lead Performance Analyst at Sovereign Network Group, you'll be the crucial link between our data and the operational areas of the business. You'll be at the forefront delivering performance reports, trend analysis and helping to shape a robust performance management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance measures.
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks to drive improvement.
• Deliver insightful performance reports that inform senior leadership decisions.
• Champion best practices in performance analysis and data interpretation.
• Play a central role in developing the core processes of the Customer Performance and Improvement team.

Based from our Basingstoke office, you'll work hybrid in the office and from home 1-2 days per week. Travel to our Wembley office may also be required.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is innovative, with the ability to think outside of the box and encourage and influence best practices.

• You'll have strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of, and / or expertise in, PowerBI, DAX, and Power Query M.
• You'll be confident speaking with, and delivering analysis to, non-technical individuals at all levels.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing decisions.
• Previous experience working within the social housing sector is advantageous, but not essential.
