Sanderson Government and Defence is supporting a longstanding client of ours who are on the look out for an established Lead/Principal Developer following their winning of a large piece of work.

This is a rapidly growing company who have recently reached 500+ employees, who offer a market leading career development offering and a positive environment for individuals at any level.

In this instance, they are keen to speak with Developers with the below skill set, who already have experience in more senior elements of the role such as stakeholder management, mentoring, and project leadership and have commercial experience ideally in a similar consultancy or client focused environment.

Technically, the minimum requirement is experience with the following:

• Python - high level of proficiency
• AWS Cloud
• Project Leadership
• Translation from technical to non technical customers
