• Fully Remote role, 35 hours per week
• Salary up to £75,000 DOE + benefits including extended AL, health and life insurance + more

I am working exclusively with one of the largest SaaS businesses in the hospitality industry. They are currently scaling up the business and need a strong Developer to lead their inhouse team of 5. This is a predominantly hands on role where you will be contributing to the products on a daily basis.

They work with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry including some of the largest food delivery service providers and are revolutionising the way we think about food preparation.

The Role:

The ideal candidate is someone who has delivered high growth SaaS-based applications, is passionate about quality. Line managing and mentoring Junior Developers will be part of your role, ability to motivate the team is key.

Working closely with their CTO you will take accountability for the engineering decisions and methodologies across the SaaS platforms, and engage with the Product team on a daily basis to understand the wider roadmap and how best to align technical change with feature enhancements.

Their current tech stack is PHP, Laravel, Vue.js and JavaScript, they have a 5 year plan which includes a full digital transformation into a new tech stack. If you've got experience working with Node.js it would be a massive bonus for the future of the business. Understanding of microservice architecture and previous experience building robust cloud native web applications would be a great to see.

• Commercial experience leading or mentoring a team of developers

• JavaScript

• Understanding of road maps and architecture is a bonus
