THE BUSINESS:
C4S-search are pleased to be partnering with a specialist in Risk Based Quality Management company. Focusing on smart software platforms.
THE LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
The role will have two main components:
- 30% management, including working with internal business partners to scope, size and manage delivery of study builds projects, managing a team of engineers by providing support, guidance and opportunities for professional development, creating and implement engineering standards to ensure high performance and quality.
- 70% hands on delivery, which will include designing and developing code and pipelines to import and transform clinical trial data to meet the needs of data analytics dashboards. The role is backend focused and you must have a solid understanding of C# and .NET Core (8+).
The split is expected to adjust as the team grows; the team is expected to grow to 6 in the next 12 months.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing software engineering teams,
- Understanding design patterns of object-oriented & functional programming, microservice architectures, concepts of abstraction, etc
- 3-5 years of experience using C#, .Net Core (currently we are using 8+), LINQ queries, SQL queries,
- Proficient in debugging and solving issues,
- Experience with version control systems such as GIT,
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
